It is a razors edge between being competitive/financially viable in the available marketplace and at the same time offering quality service or products. I have always struggled with this because I want to keep a high level of quality which is not always beneficial to my business or my customers. Some people want low cost/low quality and others are willing to spend the extra time and money to ensure quality. Not everyone has the same finances and not everyone wants the same th...ing. It's difficult to hit both ends of the spectrum and I am still learning to be competitive as well as pay the bills in a small market with the tools and space that I have.
