Melanie and I started the process with a brand strategy workshop which really helped to define who her ideal clients were, their likes and dislikes, and ultimately how to reach them!... Then, with those factors in mind, it was on to develop a logomark that fit with the overall vision for the business! Last year when WillSaw Tree Removal came to me looking for a fresh identity system. We wanted something clean and modern to represent the services that they offer. Not only did we want it to work well on it's own, but wanted it to tie in with their overarching business; Willshaw Construction. The play on words with Will Saw and shape of the "A" allowed us an interesting way to play with a falling tree. Keeping the colour palette and typeface simple also ensures legibility, ke...eping it recognizable, and versatile to use wherever it was needed! Need to fell a tree?
