Today we celebrated Brooke's 8th birthday ! We also said goodbye to Miss Crystal and we're so excited to meet her new baby soon. Our Hawaiian Islanders and Safari Friends had fun making sunshine crafts and blowing bubbles outside. Our Ocean Explorers enjoyed a special ice cream treat with Miss Crystal to celebrate her last day! And our World Adventurers enjoyed their field trip to Provincial Park! ... Have a wonderful weekend! Today our Hawaiian Islanders enjoyed playing outside on the deck with the little bit of snow left! Our Safari Friends had lots of fun playing outside and loved playing with our new building blocks! Our Ocean Explorers loved playing baseball at Bibeau Park, playing on the deck, colouring, and playing in our water sensory table! And our World Adventurers had fun building and creating special crafts together!... Have a great night!

Today our Safari Friends enjoyed working on their sewing (fine motor) skills, and had fun cheering each other on in the process. Our Ocean Explorers had a jam-packed Everything Alphabet Day! We sang our Alphabet Song live for our parents on our parents ' page, enjoyed an Alphabet hunt, and even enjoyed an extra snack of Alphabet pasta. Our Hawaiian Islanders enjoyed listening to "The Ladybug Race", and painted red Ladybugs . We also enjoyed our time in the gym this morning a...nd outside in the afternoon. And our World Adventurers celebrated filling their Kindness Gumball Jar! The kids have voted for a Provincial Park field trip as a reward! Have a wonderful night

Today our Hawaiian Islanders enjoyed learning about the colour red. We painted on red paper with red paint. We also played with red blocks, the red car and did some reading. We also had fun working on puzzles. Our Safari Friends played puddle freeze dance! They did a great job using listening ears and following simple directions. Miss Nicole's focus group in Ocean Explorers had so much fun playing outside! We even got to make snow angels! We also enjoyed some Very Hungry Cat...erpillar activities this morning. And our World Adventurers enjoyed a new math game, and explored different ways to play it. We also had fun at the park! Have a wonderful night

Today our World Adventurers enjoyed wood burning and making a Chinese dragon craft! Our Ocean Explorers loved their pajama and movie day and had tons of fun making a huge fort and having an indoor picnic! Our Safari Friends had fun getting outside after all this cold weather together! And our Hawaiian Islanders had fun all doing puzzles together and we also made tiny versions of ourselves! We practiced our fine motor skills by gluing on our shirts, pants and hair. ... Have great night!

Today our Hawaiian Islanders tried out our new couches in our reading nook! We also had fun playing in the gym, and loved our new pretend washing machine! Our Safari Friends had fun talking together about who lives at their house, and welcomed our new friend Owen! Our Ocean Explorers voted that they would like an ocean theme this month so we talked about keeping the oceans free of plastic. We had lots of fun playing in our Save the Fish from Plastic sensory bin. And our... World Adventurers had fun working on our Chinese New Year word searches. Today we celebrated Tilly's 3rd birthday! Thank you to Tyrone and Dani for bringing in the delicious birthday cupcakes to share! Our Hawaiian Islanders had fun working on a heart stencil painting. The Safari Friends dove into some foamy sensory play. Our Ocean Explorers enjoyed handing out their Valentines to each other. ... And our World Adventurers had fun making water beads stress relief balloons... and a dance party . Today our Hawaiian Islanders had lots of fun playing with all things green and doing a green sensory activity together. Our Safari Friends enjoyed our new puzzles, and worked on strengthening their fine moter skills with color sorting stickers! Our Ocean Explorers had a blast doing Valentine's Day crafts and making friendship bracelets for their friends! They really enjoyed painting, playing in sensory centres, and listing what they feel makes a great friend. Today we celebrated two very special birthday boys!!! Happy 4th Birthday to Eli, 2nd Birthday to Berk!!! Today we welcomed our new friend Charlie to our Safari Friends room! Our Ocean Explorers had fun helping Logan onto the bus for the first time, and welcoming our big Friends off the bus together at the end of the day.
