Performance Benefits of EFS Industry-leading electrolyte contentnothing is better at preventing cramps Carbs from multiple sources provide immediate and sustained fuel 7% osmolality ensures bioavailability and reduces GI distress... Citric and malic acids promote oxygen uptake and energy production New taste profile eliminates the flavor vs function compromise Suntheanine boosts mental toughness to help you push through suffering If you haven't tried EFS maybe it's time you do. #firstendurancecananda #fecfamily #fec #pushyourlimits #efs #enduranceathletes #electrolytes #endurance
CLINICALLY PROVEN TO IMPROVE PERFORMANCE CLINICALLY PROVEN TO REDUCE CORTISOL The new and improved OptygenHP has been engineered to optimize endurance and performance. This next-generation formula has been upgraded with Ashwagandha to modulate cortisol, improve power and enhance VO2 Max... In addition there are clinically effective doses of premium grade Rhodiola & Cordyceps because research shows this combination of endurance-specific adaptogens improves aerobic performance. Each serving of OptygenHP also delivers 1500mg of Beta-Alanine to boost strength and enhance exercise capacity DO YOU WANT TO IMPROVE PERFORMANCE AND REDUCE SORENESS

What is the endurance benefit of the enzymes in Multi-V Significant increase in blood glucose levels during high intensity exercise Sustained increase in blood glucose levels for 5 hours Significant decrease in the accumulation of blood lactate ... Significant increase in time to exhaustion Decreased rate of perceived exertion (RPE). Multi-V uses a specific enzyme blend that is backed up by clinical studies on endurance athletes. Clinical studies on elite cyclists showed this enzyme blend breaks down multi-chain carbohydrates into simple glucose. This is important for endurance athletes because glucose is readily accessible and useable for working muscles. What’s really unique about this enzyme blend is that even with this fast breakdown of carbohydrates, there is no affect on insulin. This is important because it doesn’t create an insulin spike. Blood glucose remains elevated for many hours. #firstendurancecanada #fecfamily #fec #pushyourlimits #multivitamin #multiv #endurance #efs
PERFORMANCE BENEFITS Increases Time to Exhaustion & VO2 Max Improves ATP Energy Production Boosts Power and Exercise Capacity... Beta-Alanine has been a staple of endurance and strength athletes for over a decade. What is Beta-Alanine Beta-Alanine is an amino acid combining carnosine and vitamin B5, known as pantothenic acid. Though it is the carnosine in the body that allows for the enhancement of improved lactate synthesis, it is Beta-Alanine that is the rate limiting nutrient in this process. Lactate Threshold Based on current research, Beta-Alanine’s primary role appears to be its effect on lactate threshold, which in endurance training is defined as the rate at which there is equilibrium in lactic acid production and lactic acid elimination. During exercise, hydrogen ions (H+) are produced in the body and cause the pH levels in the muscles to drop. When pH levels in the muscles are low, it means muscle tissue is acidic or producing lactic acid. At this lower pH, muscles cannot balance lactic acid production with lactic acid elimination, resulting in an overall slowing of movement, decreased physical strength, and intensity. When pH levels are balanced, training can continue for longer periods at increased intensity.
