Have you ever thought about the first light? The first light of the sun as it comes up on a new day? The first ray of opportunity, the illumination that sends sparkles over the Ocean? First Light at Marine Drive hopes to be a symbol for that opportunity. A proposed affordable housing development in Ucluelet, BC, that will be offered for sale and for rental, exclusively for residents and the working community on the west coast of Vancouver Island.
