Premier John Horgan said [May 13]. "I don't want people's belief that on the 19th of May, all of a sudden we're back to normal," he said. "We are not going to be back to normal. We're going to start the process to bring back industries that were ordered shut by [provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie] Henry, and she'll be revising her orders at the appropriate time."
