Reflecting on Random Acts of Kindness Day on February 17th and Random Acts of Kindness Week from February 14th to 21st, many of our cultural teachings include messages of kindness, reminding us that we are all connected and that we are one in mind, body, heart and spirit. A kindhearted outlook helps nurture caring, acceptance and connections within ourselves and others. Since acts of kindness happen every day, please share your thoughts about kindness, a traditional value you uphold, or a story about how you show kindness to yourself or others, or a time when you were on the receiving end of an act of kindness?
