Terra says, "after earning my Bachelor degree of Commerce from University of Calgary in May 2017, I entered the property management industry to explore my passion for being genuinely helpful and building great relationships. In September 2018, I joined FirstService Residential as a property accountant. I love this job. I won't get bored working in this profession because this position involves a variety of tasks. I like that I ...could aim high and I have room to grow in this job. I love my team and I learnt a lot from each of my colleagues. I am willing to keep learning and improving myself to contribute positively to my team. I’m excited for the future growth at FirstService Residential." Her manager Jason Krippl comments: "She has really built great relationships with her CM’s and Board members. She is very responsive to their questions and she goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. She continues to raise the standard and expectations for the team and is a key member of the client accounting team."
