Push Ups - Advanced Last round here, folks. These variations are tough, & depending where you are at you may only be able to only get a few reps in, if that. That's the case for me too! This is where we need to embrace a willigness to fail, & to have fun just trying something new to work towards. The reps and form will come. Good luck!
Push Ups - Intermediate Now we are going to explore different angles of push ups as well as different tempos to give us an added challange. Keep our back straight and engaged throughout, & maintain flexing our abdominals to keep core tight. These push ups are a great way to build strength in our pectorals, front delts, and triceps. Remember form & function go hand in hand!
