Infinity Fitness and Wellness 14.12.2020

Only 5 more days till the 12 Days of Fitmas!! Are you excited? Because I am! Simple daily exercises to complete every day, you do not need any special equipment, no need for a gym because you can do this ANYWHERE. EVEN BETTER it's the gift that keeps on giving. You will feel SO GOOD about completing this challenge as we enter the New Year!... You'll have more energy, sleep better, move better, AND you won't have to make up for any lost ground in your fitness routine. Sound good!? AWESOME!! Happy Friday, ladies! Are you ready for MY GIFT to YOU this holiday season? It's the gift of FITNESS! 12 Days of Fitmas to be exact I've put together a quick & effective workout challenge to keep you active and moving over the next couple of weeks, even if you're heading out of town (fingers crossed we can visit some family for the holidays).... It requires absolutely NO equipment (except a step or other platform), and you can do it pretty much anywhere. Plus, each workout will take less than 20 minutes. ARE YOU IN?! GREAT!! Happy December! How is everyone feeling leading up to the holidays? Holidays can be worrisome thinking about how we will keep up with our fitness goals during such a busy month. Not to mention being stuck in our homes over the holidays can get boring, and I want to spice it up for you and give you something to look forward to during the weeks before Christmas.... Therefore, I will be running/offering a special 12 Days of Fitmas challenge for FREE in my private Facebook group! I will give you daily exercises to do every day so that you don't have to think about what movements to do that day. This challenge is a personal one (that means you challenge yourself ). One recipe is Vegan and the other one contains meat. We all know that crockpots are a set it and forget way of cooking AND they provide delicious and warm meals which are perfect for this time of year. You can leave the house while your food cooks Using only one pot means spending less time doing dishes You can make multiple meals at once because slow cooker meals ofter taste even better the second day or out of the freezer Crockpot meals tend to be more economical, as many of the foods that are ideal for slow-cooking also happen to be the most inexpensive. Soups, stews, chili and more..in all forms! ... Meat and vegan recipes shared daily.
