In Spring 2019, we started a compostable organics program at Fisherman's Wharf. Over the season we averaged 30 large compostable bins a day, which has reduced our garbage consumption by over 50%! Next time you’re at Fisherman’s Wharf you’ll notice all the restaurants serve their food in 100% compostable materials. The green bins are conveniently located around the Wharf.
