I'm a big believer in LOCATION, LOCATION, if you love where you are living then there is no need to build when you can renovate. ... This particular project we did a lot. We extended the garage out an additional 24' to make a monster play area for the husband, as well as completely re invented the outside of the home with some beautiful rock work, and hardi board siding all around for the lovely wife. We poured some new pads, all new soffit ( including soffit lighting ) and well, check out the photos for yourself as their really is too much to list. We also built some aesthetically appealing roof coverings in the back of the house for a nice BBQ area, sitting area as well as hot tub area. The job turned out amazing, the people were amazing to work with and both parties couldn't be happier with the result. A simple little project we did this past summer, but for some reason a fun one. We poured a little pad and built this playhouse for an amazing couples grandkids. Custom double Dutch door and an opening door on the back from the top bunk bed for a slide out back. Once the grand kids grow up it will double into an amazing little garden shed. Complete with soffit and fascia, hardi board siding, it really is a mini home for those kids and a place for them to make so many memories. Sometimes small ones can be the fun ones!! Ever wanted a back yard oasis? So did this amazing customer and this is what she created, and we executed. On this project we built a 22’ roof extension off of the existing house, not only covering a brand new beautiful deck area but also a cobblestone sitting area you can’t quite see in this picture. We also enclosed her carport into a detached garage and tied it all together to make her back yard oasis exactly what she wanted. ... I love the design of the stairs she wanted as it just tied it all together so well. Include the soffit lighting we installed so that she is comfortable having her wine or coffee outside in the sun, in the dark, or even in the rain. This beautiful home, for these beautiful people. Their house wasn’t a nice color, the kitchen was dated, and they needed an update. In came us at Fisher Peak Renovations and Construction LTD. On this project we replaced some exterior doors and painted, removed the dated counters and backsplash and installed beautiful new quartz, as well as an amazing new backsplash. Let’s start doing some catch up over the next couple weeks of some AMAZING projects we have done over the last year!! We will break back out of our social media absence, as I really haven’t posted anything in the last year and half as we have just been kept so darn busy from all of you amazing people out there, with this fun little project. On this job we removed an old rotten deck and prepped for a massive 90’ x 12’ exposed aggregate pad. We then built an incredibly beaut...iful 50’ pergola with half being covered. The home owners kept us going and we ended up re siding their House In The Hill as well as their garage and it turned out amazing. Pictures don’t quite give it justice as they never do!!
