Absolutely PERFECT bunch of blue chanterelles found during our mushroom harvest this weekend!! This is a rare find for us and are typically found in old growth coniferous forests that have a lush mossy bottom. They are well known for their fragrant sweet woodlsy aroma with a mild, nutty flavour. Freaking amazing!
