Gene Lapointe and Dan Thibeault joined up for a Perching trip this past weekend . Landed some nice slabs for the fry pan!

Shane Wepruk enjoyed some Lake Winnipeg March Madness today! Those greenbacks were glistening with today’s high blue skies.

Deena Oleski along with Waylon (Mayor of Sandy Bar) decided to take up Crappie fishing. First time out she slayed them, even out fishing the Mayor! We think she’s hooked now!

Tara Gair and her husband took up ice fishing this year. Tons of excitement catching this Burbot up at Sandy Bar Riverton. You never know what you’re going to catch when ice fishing. How about a personal best? That’s exactly what Josh Mutchler did.... to land this at anytime is a feat , but to bring it up the hole...well done!!

Manitoba produces some monster Rainbow Trout. Dylan Foui (top) and Steve Bell with two great examples caught recently. Ice is setting up across the province, but still requires planning and safety. Enjoy our weather while it lasts and get out and target your favourite species.

Lake Winnipeg was on fire today. Limits of 20 fatties and one extraordinary day for Danny Toth. His personal best of two MA Walleye in one day of soft water fishing (accomplished many times) was doubled today. An incredible day of 4 big ladies was a sight to behold and great to be a part of.

The Cox family made the most of the August long weekend. Beautiful weather made for some excellent Smallmouth action. Who else made the most of a family fishing weekend??

Dan Thibeault had an awesome day on the Red River with the #kingsonthered event and all the kids. Wyatt and his Dad were guests in his boat landing this Red River marvel. Dan does an amazing job getting kids out and teaching them how to fish.
