I was asked to make a shadow box for a customer’s father who is in an assisted living home and is unable to enjoy being on the river any more. I was provided with some of the father’s original flies and I cleaned them up and retired then into this piece. I hope it brings him some fond memories!

Completed my first shadow boxes for the Main and Torrent River systems in Newfoundland! I love to map out new rivers and tie some new fly patterns that I’m unfamiliar with!
