Throwback to when things were still open. Was finally cleared to start training again after my injury. I remember feeling like a butterfly that just got its wings. Wishing the best to my followers and everyone alike.

a great way to build strength, endurance and mass. I like this style of training as it simulates fight rounds (in terms of controlling energy bursts)

This technical tuesday we're doing a death roll leg lock. I added a headstomp in between the second roll. The lock gains its leverage from an ankle twist which puts pressure on the ankes and knee.
