YAYYYYYYYY. PERSONAL BEST. from my place 3451 Burke Village Prom..down Sobal to Victoria and back up the hill.......19 minutes!!!! Today I’ll add two litres of water a day to my challenge ..... Whooooz with me!!! What’s your challenge for the next two weeks???

Up and out for my walk day 8. What a beautiful morning.

Good morning friends. We can’t be together for this but let’s get back at it. I have a two week ...step out of your comfort zone challenge. What ever it is. Go without sugar, drink two litres of water everyday, walk up a flight of stairs ten times, do some sit ups, even do without wine for the next two weeks........ said no one EVER!!!!! No just kidding. This is what I did. Up at 7:00 out the door walked from Burke Village prom, down Sobal to Victoria and back. (for a...nyone who doesn’t know the area, it’s straight down and straight back up. Very steep.) 27 minutes yesterday, 24 minutes today. I have an extra 10 Covid Curves to get rid of. Lol. Have a BEAUTIFUL DAY. STAY SAFE

Aloha Ladies, My lovely vacation is coming to an end in a few days. I am very much looking forward to getting back to our Tuesday morning workouts and our Thursday morning walks.
