Some tips for weight loss Make sure you are in a calorie deficit. Calories in vs Calories out. Eat. Make sure you are getting enough food in a day. Starving yourself won’t help. Your body will start to store fat. Try having at least 5 meal per day. Stay hydrated. Drink your water.Not only does drinking water help with weight loss , it has so many benefits for your over all health. ... Deduce stress. Try meditating, anything that helps decrease stress in your life. Proper sleep. Make sure you are getting enough Z’s . Exercise. Incorporate both strength training & cardio into your workout routine. Why I only recommend this! Have you tried Atkins ? Keto? Did you do a detox or a total body cleanse? Try a skinny tea? Now, let me ask you, did any of them work long-term? Probably not. The only diet I will ever suggest is this - A healthy lifestyle. Your health should never be about something you are on or off like these fad diets. It’s about creating a healthy balance with ALL whole foods. Fads or quick fixes are just dead end roads (some are just longer than others...). If you are tired of the weight loss roller coaster and you really want to lose weight for good, here’s the real secret: edit your daily choices, learn how to create new habits. You don’t have to become a different person overnight. These things take time. A healthy lifestyle is a work in progress, something you aspire to each day. Thinking long-term may not sound as AMAZING as the latest quick-fix diet, but I am here to tell you a lifestyle plan works and it works LONG-TERM. You don’t have to go extreme to see results. Postpartum Journey 40 weeks, 6 days > Hrs after birth > 16 days postpartum> 24 days postpartum. Everyone’s journey is different! I documented my whole pregnancy so it only makes sense to me to document my postpartum journey as well. They are both important chapters... I have said this so many times. Our bodies are a machine. Women were made for this and we are friggen amazing! I’ll say that again We are A M A Z I N G You hear so many women say negative things like once you have kids your body is ruined or if you like your body then don’t have kids I personally think that is ridiculous to say those things. We never lose our bodies by having babies. Our bodies are build for this. To change , adjust , rearrange your organs to have b a b i e s. Your body goes through a lot just to bring something so precious into this world. So instead of being so negative toward how your body changes during this time , women should be more positive and take in how strong their bodies really are! You just made a HUMAN I for one do not think you lose your body. All these photos are how my body has changed on its own. I am not currently working out , or restricting myself of foods. I am just letting my body do what it needs. My focus is on my health, wellness, making sure my body and baby are well nourished and just taking in how amazing our bodies truly are

Cookie Dough overnight oats 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats 1 tablespoon chia seeds... 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup 2 tablespoons Magnum Quattro vanilla protein powder 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1 tablespoon natural cashew butter 1-2 tablespoons mini dark chocolate chips In a bowl or jar ( mason jar works best) add the oats, chia seeds, protein powder and almond milk. Mix well. Place the jar in the fridge and leave overnight or 5 hours at a minimum. In the morning, before eating, stir in the cashew butter and the dark chocolate chips. Glutes Yes - we ALL want nice glutes but not everyone wants to work for them! Glutes are the largest muscle in your body. Hence why it takes some time to grow them. ... They are broken up into three parts. Gluteus maximus - This is the largest glute muscle, responsible for the shape of your butt. It helps keep us upright when sitting or standing. Gluteus medius- helps us with the rotation of our leg & the stability of the pelvis. Gluteus minimus- is also an important part of rotating our lower limbs and keeping the pelvis stable when we move. Although a lot of us want those big booties , it’s also important to train your Glutes for strength as it’s important to the rest of your body. Some people that experience back pain or knee pain is sometimes because they have weak Glutes. There are many exercise that are recommended to strengthen and grow your and no this is not just from doing ONLY squats! It doesn’t matter where you are in your fitness journey , strengthening your butt will help keep you healthy, pain-free, and improve physical performance. See more

Yay!! Sooo excited! I have been getting everything ready for this and finally I have a date! I have broken it up into two sessions because of the amount of people that have been interested. Also there seem to be a lot of people that work Monday to Friday so I have made this a Saturday session. I will be opening up dates during the week as well so please dont worry if this one doesnt work for you. Again we have a max per group right now so please if you are interested mess...age me right away so I can hold your spot. (I will be going in order of people that message me first). This will be located in Penetang and I will be giving out the exact location to the individuals that have signed up:) This will also be weather permitted. All you need: yourself, shoes & water! Cost: $5.00 For now these boot camps will be focusing on body weight only. Then I will be incorporating equipment through our exercises.

Thank you everyone for the feed back on the out-door fitness boot camps! I am sooo looking forward to this. Obviously with eveything going on with covid we still need to be safe and protect ourselves. With that being said at this time the boot camps will only be able to hold 10 people and it being outside we will be able to maintain that social distancing. Unfortunately with the max at 10 it will have to be first come , first serve I am hoping that as time goes on we will b...e able to have more people join but at this time I just dont want to create a huge gathering! I hope you all understand:) The boot camps will be outside of course and will be weather permitting. I will be hosting these hopefully once a week and if all goes well with them then I will move it to 2-3 times per week! I will be posting a date when the first boot camp will take place, when you see that posting please message me as soon as you can so you have a spot. The boot camps will be $5 per person. Note: To avoid everyone touching the same equipment all at one time, these boot camps will be no equipment needed and we will be focusing on our body weight through exercises. These are meant to be fun , upbeat and to get your sweat on! These will be for all levels (beginner to advance) so dont be afraid to join in. I am here to help you with any alternatives that are needed for individuals that cant do certain exercises. Again , Im so exiting and I cant wait to see many new faces!! I feel like when some people think about meal plans they get scared and automatically think STRICT. Meal plans shouldn't starve you or make you feel like garbage. Hey everyone! I know many people are deciding to stay home & lots of gyms are closing as well. With that being said you can still get a great workout done at home. I have used a set of dumbbells, resistant band and stability ball. If you dont have a stability ball for your hamstring curl you can grab some socks or shirts and place them under your heels and do this on a hard wood floor or a surface you can slide on. Warmed up those glutes a little with : ... Banded side steps 5 sets of 20 Banded bridges 4 sets of 20 Then I got into the workout Banded squats reps 30,25,20,15 Romanian deadlift 4 sets of 12 Sumo squats 5 sets of 12 Hamstring curls 5 sets of 12 -15 or until failure Banded and weighted squats 5 sets of 12 Give it a try!! So friggen proud of this girl right here! She has so much drive , motivation & dedication to this prep its unbelievable. Prep is so friggen hard guys, and not everyone can do it because not only is it physically hard on your body but its mentally challenging. You create a whole new life/journey for yourself, you find out things about yourself you never knew before. You understand discipline. You learn to believe in yourself even when times are tough and you just want to g...ive up. You learn to push yourself to limits you never thought you could because you want to achieve goals that you know you can reach! You find your Inner Strength to get to the top.
