Feeling the effects of working from home for the last 8 () months?! It's never too late to correct your posture. Try these tricks: 1 - Place your screen straight ahead at eye level. If it's too low, place it on a monitor stand. 2 - Sit towards the back of your chair with your back straight and your lower back supported. 3 - Keep your arms bent at an L-shape with your elbows by your side.... 4 - Adjust your chair height so your feet are flat on the ground and you're able to type comfortably. 5 - Rest your feet flat on the ground or on a footrest with your knees are slightly lower than your hips. Need an antioxidant boost that still feels indulgent? This dark chocolate bark with pumpkin seeds and cranberries is calling your name! Ingredients: 5 oz dark dark chocolate, 70% or more 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice... 1/2 cup dried cranberries 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds Pinch of salt Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Break the chocolate into chunks and, in a microwave-safe bowl, heat on high in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until melted. Stir in salt and pumpkin pie spice. Pour the melted chocolate onto the pan and smooth into an even layer. Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds and cranberries on top and let the chocolate cool to room temperature before freezing until completely solid. Use a knife or your hands to break the chocolate into fragments.

We've officially entered Fall! You know what that means... it's pumpkin spice season! These energy-dense protein brownies will help you start off the new season right. Ingredients:... 1 1/4 cup pumpkin puree 1/2 cup almond butter (or other nut butter) 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder 1/4 tsp (or more!) pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon Large pinch of salt Preheat oven to 325 F. Line an 8-inch pan with parchment. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and spread into prepared pan. Bake on the center rack for 20-25 mins. Let cool and store covered in the fridge.
