We've officially entered Fall! You know what that means... it's pumpkin spice season! These energy-dense protein brownies will help you start off the new season right. Ingredients:... 1 1/4 cup pumpkin puree 1/2 cup almond butter (or other nut butter) 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder 1/4 tsp (or more!) pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon Large pinch of salt Preheat oven to 325 F. Line an 8-inch pan with parchment. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and spread into prepared pan. Bake on the center rack for 20-25 mins. Let cool and store covered in the fridge.
HIIT has its advantages, but if you're looking for a low-impact way to build endurance and gradually improve your overall fitness level, LISS (Low-Intensity Steady State) cardio is the way to go!
