Just had a killer workout. After squats and deads, I pretty much did presses, ext, and curls with my eyes closed.....super pump and burn (know the diff) Did not count reps, only contracted the muscles as hard as I could. Id highly recommend it. If you see me crawling tomorrow...Im not drunk
