It’s Virtual Member Monday! We are so excited to introduce @drreenab, who joined our in studio community while she was doing her residency in Hamilton and is now a valued virtual member who gets her shake on regularly by accessing our on demand class library.... Reena works as a neurosurgeon in Ottawa and has been taking virtual classes 2-3 times a week throughout the pandemic! Her commitment to making her physical and mental health a priority throughout this stressful year is so inspiring! We love seeing you in live classes on zoom and seeing your post-on demand class comments in our private Facebook group. Even in Ottawa, Reena remains an active member of our virtual barre community and we are so thankful that you find peace and joy through our classes! It’s Member Monday! If you’ve been part of our community for awhile @nicolemcgregorr is probably a familiar face. Nicole is a self-identified Fit Barre addict and we are so lucky to have her as a longterm member of our community. She is a 6:00 am warrior when taking in studio classes, and it’s not uncommon for her to double up (especially during challenges)! ... Whether she is coming to the studio before or after her shift as an OTA/PTA on the acute medicine and orthopaedic units at the hospital she always shows up (in her designated spot) with a smile and ready to work. If you’re looking for an accountability partner in our virtual classes look no further, Nicole is absolutely killing the at home Spring Fling Challenge. Hey , In accordance with the latest mandate announced yesterday evening; The City of Hamilton will be entering into lockdown at 12:01am December 21st and our studio will be temporarily closed.
