Step Classes are a fun and creative way to get in some cardio and resistance training! Our step classes are led by our head trainer Anmol. At the moment we don’t have any in studio classes but we are hosting free classes on our Instagram at least twice a week! For those of you participating we rent out our steps until we can resume our in class sessions for $15 + tax biweekly!
