I cannot stress how important consistency and diet is. Many of my clients ask me why they are not seeing the results they want. Firstly, consistency! It won't happen over night. It happens after the many long days you put in after work, the Friday/Saturday nights when others are out drinking or the times when you don't have the motivation. That is when it happens!... Secondly, diet. Writing down everything you eat for 2 weeks and seeing it was really beneficial for me. Sometimes we think we are eating enough, or clean or ok but the reality is...there is always room for improvement. #bodyappreciation #balance #consistency

Lychees are one of my favourite fruits. They contain tons of antioxidants, vitamin C, magnesium, and anti-inflammatory benefits. The nutrients in lychees also help with the circulation and formation for our blood. More reasons to eat them!!!!

Thursday's tip: To keep on track with your workout, run, class, arrange to do it with other people. This way you are being held accountable as someone else is waiting for you. Once you are there and you do it, you will feel awesome!! Every Tuesday I run with a group as I find it difficult to run alone. I yell at least one person I will be there, so I have to keep my work and my integrity and show up?!!
