And she also shares what she DOES NOT do:... I do not "diet down" to get my abs. In fact, I have had them pretty much around the clock the past few years due to creating and living a healthy lifestyle. Yes, I still enjoy the occasional gluten free pizza, dessert, or potato chips with sour cream (I'm human...come on)...JUST not every night of the week. I do not know my body fat percentage (or care) as I focus on how I feel I'm pain free, functionally fit, and have plenty of energy! I'm sharing that it is POSSIBLE I don't just eat just "chicken and broccoli" I don't do crunches...ever I never do slow cardio on stationary equipment and especially not on an "empty stomach". I don't do "no carb" I don't deplete water I don't "starve myself" I don't spend hours at the gym (In fact I don't spend every day at the gym!) I don't measure calories and I don't eat every 2 hours around the clock I don't take "fat burners"
Saturday night family fun!!! #28burpees challenge
#28burpees Roadblock, got a head cold, dang! Opted to not do them yesterday and rest for the remainder of the day after work. Which is great but now I need to do 56 and head cold is worse today.... SO today I WILL DO THEM... . in small sets. Here’s the first 15. Let’s go!!
