I've worked with @vanessa_labat for about 3 months, and we have managed to add an incredible amount of muscle and strength to her lower body. She was by far one of the strongest clients I have ever trained. . With her work ethic and personalized plans she was able to achieve the following 205lbs Back Squat 235lbs Deadlift... 335lbs Hip-thrusts . I do not remember where she was exactly prior to working with here but I do know that she brought up every lift by at least 70-80lbs in such a short amount of time. . What does she have in common with all the other success? Discipline, ambition and drive. . 1Wake up everyday with the discipline to do the things that take you close to your goals. 2 Have ambition, so you keep working towards your current goals and new ones daily, weekly and monthly 3 Have passion for what you do so you are driven daily! . Have a solid plan, have motivation and have a great support system and anything is achievable See more

Yes I train guys as well LOL. Those who have been following the journey @oli.theoret has been on have seen that he has put on a tremendous amount of muscle in the last few months. . Before stats June 24th Weight: 185 lbs fasted at about 12.5% body fat .... After stats November 13th Weight 201 lbs fasted at about 10.2% body fat . He is even heavier now! This is what I call clean and consistent gains. It may be a bit hard to tell the big differences in his physique from the first picture to the last but he has made massive improvements. More definition, density and size! . Takeaway notes from Oli's 6 month transformation . Consistency, consistency, consistency . Track your lifts to keep yourself pushing! I tell all my clients to use the resources I provide, Oli is one of the few that track his lifts and not only is it motivating for him to push more, but it helps me when it comes to proper programming. . This bulk was done very very clean. I know a lot of the young guys in the sport think its all about how much s*it you can eat and brining your weight up as fast as possible (I know i used to be one of those kids, pounding back 1000's of calories every 2 hours to chase the number). What good is it to put on 30lbs if you have to take off 25lbs of it? . Devise a proper game plan, and execute it everyday trusting the process and you'll get the results. It takes time remember that the next time you look in the mirror #workout #gymmotivation #fitfam #exercise #workoutinspo #workoutapparel #workoutvids #workoutstyle #workoutroutines #workoutgoals #workoutinstyle #workoutanywhere #workoutcomplete #workouthard #workoutfood #workoutsession #workoutdaily #workoutbuddies #workoutmusic #workoutselfie #exersice #exerciseideas #exercisevideos #exercisetherapy #exercisevideo #exercisebands #exerciseoftheday #exercisephysiologist See more

How did Alessia manage to make those crazy gains in such a short time? She simply did the following . Set herself a weekly goal for how many workouts she wanted to do a week. And she honoured it! . Followed the nutrition plan that gave her body the fuel necessary to perform better every workout and to put on that amount of muscle... . Kept herself accountable, she never had a bad workout since the beginning of her journey, she would do what was necessary to push herself more than the last workout. . She never gave up Not every workout came with a new PR (personal record) and not every workout made her sweat, some were absolute wins and some were not so much. But.....they were done, and done is better than not 100% of the time. . Set your mind to a goal and don't stop till you have achieved this. And this is just the beginning for Alessia, amazing things to come for someone with your work ethic and dedication. #powergym #excercises #fitspo #workoutroutines #fitnessmotivation #instaworkout #fitlife #fitnessday #fitnessprogress #pushpress #exerciseathome #homeexercises #hiitworkouts #dailyworkouts #oatmealbowl #healthyoption #balancedmeal #nutritiousfood #nutritionmatters #nutritionblogger #dietitianapproved #nutritiongoals #healthtip #betterhealth #healthydietfood #healthydieting #healthydietmeals #healthydietplans #healthydiettips #transformation See more

Quick tips for those looking to loose some extra lbs but don't know exactly where to start. Here are a few basic principles I follow for all my lifestyle and prep clients. Remember, everything starts from the fundamentals, we don't build houses starting from the roof. . Staying active! There are several reasons this is important, but to keep it short, it will keep you in a caloric deficit and promote weight loss. By being active your body will general burn more calories... than staying home and being inactive, very simple right! . A lot of us do not drink enough water daily. It's such a necessity in our daily lives so much so that our bodies are comprised of about 60% water. One great thing about consuming water is that it can actually help satiate us and prevent us from binge eating or over eating at meals. Try to always have a glass of water with your meal or even prior to! . Probably the biggest driver for weight loss will be being in a caloric deficit. To put it in simpler terms, eat less than you burn. This does not mean starve yourself, there are ways you can eat in a deficit and be full. It's about making the right nutrition choices and picking high volume foods that are low in calories. . Sleep.....something that is clearly over rated these days. Well to keep things simple and not too science based, sleep helps reduce stress levels which can help reduce cortisol levels. High levels of cortisol can lead to insulin resistance and can cause weight gain or difficulty to loose weight. There is more to this of course, but to keep it simple. Sleep is also very important for recovery! And by sleeping 7-8 hours a night, you can reduce night time binging See more
