FItExII Bootcamp! Starts June 1st! Limited spaces available due to COVID19 operating procedures put in place. Class run Monday and Wednesday 530-630pm. We will be doing a block of 10 classes. PM ME TO BOOK YOUR SPOT ASAP.

It's a question we hear a lot, can the virus spread while exercising. Our Chief Medical Health Officer explains that it is unlikely.

APRIL 10th UPDATE: To our valued members, We are reaching out to all the members that we may have not been able to reach as of yet. April 15th payments are cl...osely approaching. We would like you to email, call or message us on facebook letting us know if it is ok that we are able to process yours. Refunds will be given once we are open again but in this tough time payments will help fitness excellence get through, and be there to re-open as soon as given the ok from provincial authorities. If you don’t get this message before the 15th do not worry, we will issue immediate refunds if you require them or choose to have them. If you pay by credit card you don’t have to come to the gym for the refund. If it’s through your bank account we just require you to pop by the gym with your debit card and we can refund you. There will be no more transactions beyond April, unless, like some of you that have already talked to us, you want us to continue taking payments to help support Fitness Excellence through this time. Thank you to everyone for your support, we understand that not all can help financially support, but please support the community and follow the guidelines to stop the spread of COVID19. It is only through community commitment to social distancing that we can do this. Fitness Excellence staff want to wish you the best through this challenging time.
