Brunch of Champions (or a supper idea) on a rainy day working from home! Was craving a hearty breakfast so made a Marinated Sirloin Steak Asparagus Eggs Benedict! Dawnlicious! Sis & I have made homemade Hollaindaise didn't like so it's a pak & I used 1/4 cup butter not 1/2, rye bread instead of English muffins, fresh asparagus & vine ripened tomatoes!
