Biggest shock of my life BUT You all know that I’m a little extra and as a family we’ve got a lot of extra love to give. Can’t wait for baby Lavallee #4 and a new lifting buddy to arrive. ... Still over here crushing my workouts since Day 1. Ain’t nothing stopping me, nausea, fatigue, busy schedule, crazy kids...I still show up & this little babe is growing like a weed. Can’t wait to meet you baby L

I hear ya loud and clear.... "I wish I had your body." "I wish I had your motivation." "I wish I had the time." "I wish...I wish...I wish..."... . . Listen... I will tell you all day everyday that your wishing won't get you anywhere. What you have to ask is "Do I WANT this bad enough?" And I'm not talking about abs here...because let’s be real I don’t have any, prob won’t ever have any but that’s ok!! ....Deep down this is NOT about the physical appearance. TRUE health is about how healthy your body is on the INSIDE. Everyone has different shapes and sizes and we ALL need to embrace and LOVE what we have NOW because if we AREN'T grateful for what we CAN DO in this moment, then we will NEVER be happy whether we achieve results or not. It’s all about LOVING yourself. Feeling confident again!!! And if that’s something you’re missing we need to talk!!!

Family time Today we went out & enjoyed this beautiful weather & some much needed fresh air. We made the best of it even though we were suppose to be on a plane 8:30am on our way to Mexico for our annual family vacation. Some things just don’t turn out as planned so we are going to hold off for a few weeks & see what’s up with all these new laws. ... No matter where we are, being together is what’s important.

Hello 2021 IM READY! I remember one year ago today I woke up all happy until I checked my bank account & completely dropped to my knees. How!!! How did this even happen? I cried. I couldn’t believe I let it go this far... I hit rock bottom & wasn’t sure I would ever get out of this mess again...my husband had no clue...I had less than $1000 in my account & 30k in debt! Big WAKE UP call for!!!! That moment right there was a wake up call for me. I knew I had to get my shit to...gether, stop feeling sorry for myself & to work my ass off in 2020 if I wanted to get out of this mess & be successful. I had so many people message me and asked HOW did you do it? How did you go from the 1st rank in the company to almost the top (13 star)....right here because I knew I couldn’t keep living like this anymore!! My kids deserve more!!! I deserved more! A flip switched in my head & than everything change here on out. 2020 may have been a shit year for most of us, but it was the year that has taught me so much. It showed me what is possible when you work your ass off. It gave me the TEAM I have always dreamed off!!! I started the year with 40 women on my team & to end it with over 600 boss babes blows my mind!!! All because I decided to BE ME!! Stop being someone your not! I found MY PEOPLE!!! And now I can’t imagine my life without them. Ladies always remember, no matter how hard life is, it’s just a lesson or a bump on the road that will make you stronger than ever!!!! NEVER EVER GIVE UP!!!! I am proof off that! It still blows my mind that a year ago I had less than a $1000 in my account, 30k debt & to wake up this morning making over 6 figures in 2020 & a 30k debt paid off in 2 months! IF I CAN DO THIS!!! Here’s the thing girlfriend... motivation is bullshit! You don’t have to wake up at 5am and want to eat healthy. You don’t wanna go home after a crazy busy day and workout. I get it. Seriously I get these kind of messages daily from people, How do you stay motivated? OR I wish I was motivated like you! ... Let me tell you something!!!! I am human just like you! The only thing different is that no matter how fucking crazy my day is, I choose healthy over impulse. My choices have become my habits. It isn’t about motivation. I know that when I press play every single day and eat healthy, I feel so much better. Are you tired of feeling like crap? Or are you ready to finally feel better about yourself??? Ask yourself that question. Girl that’s what it all comes down to! You decide to choose healthy choices over the bad habits. Instead of binging over Netflix, why don’t you press play for 20-30mins a day?? The decisions you are making right now are the results of the habits that you have created. Think about it.
