80’s THROW BACK I played basketball last Sunday and now at 40 years old realized my vertical was not what it once was:). Found my old jump soles in a closet that were from the 80s and I used to train with. Put them on today for a run....might start to use them again!

Attention all gym members! We finally have road repairs be conducted on the Raymond road this week!!! We have been told that after pot holes are filled, 2 culverts replaced they will be paving some of the bad strips. Smoother drive to the gym ahead!

I know we have said this before ....but looks like tomorrow the gym can now be opened!! Hopefully everyone has still been doing a little exercise since we closed .....

Sorry everyone but due to the recent case in Northern New Brunswick the Provincial Government has delayed opening Gyms in our zone another week. We will keep you updated!

Due to today’s announcement it looks like we will not being able to open for another week....won’t be long everyone!!

Hey Everyone!! The Provincial government will be making an announcement soon regarding the yellow phase that’s inclusive of gyms being allowed to open to the public .We are presently working on policy’s and procedures to keep everyone safe, please stay tuned for more information!

After careful consideration, with the health and wellness of our members in mind, we will temporarily be closing the gym. The gym will be closed as of tomorrow morning, Wednesday March 18th. We will continue to monitor all the current government recommendations and do our part to protect our community. We will extend all memberships for the length of time that we are closed. We look forward to seeing everyone back at the gym and apologize for any inconvenience. Stay safe and healthy!
