I will be running another "Whole Woman" program for 4 weeks starting at the end of September, Monday's and Wednesday's at 6PM. Taking 15 participants registration is 50.00 includes weekly weigh in and measurements, private group workouts, Facebook group for recipes and support, nutritional guidelines and prizes at the wrap up.
