Yes, you can be strong and flexible; you can have amazing balance, and you can work out using zoom, on a regular basis. You can even do it all at over 80 years young. This client is staying safe at a distance and remains strong and determined.

We are training, with masks and social distance. After taking a pause from March to June, I have decided that if we need to stay home again to be safe from Covid, we will transition to Zoom classes. It is fun, and possible if you have a mobile device. We need to keep moving, even during this pandemic. Working on overall strength, flexibility and balance are key to quality of physical and mental health.
