Hello fellow parents! We have been in lock down for a while now, and just completed our first week of WFH+Homeschooling. All a HUGE adjustment for both me and my son. And many, many meltdowns too... we're all trying! When his teacher set up the online schooling program for the week, she was struggling to fill the "gym" time slot. I offered to film some fitness videos with my son (I'm a certified Master Personal Trainer), and then shared the first workout with the parents' ...WhatsApp group. It went down really well! I've now added the Fit Kids Club to my business platform, and I'm now contacting schools to tell them about it and to get each class or school set up in a private group within my platform. If you are needing some fitness and exercise for your quarantined children - then we would love to have you on board. To join as an individual, follow the instructions below.
