TTCfitness "To the Core Fitness"

Okay peeps!!! So I have not posted here in a LONG time!!! I want to get this page going again to help inspire people what I love and that is healthy living!! I know for myself I live a pretty healthy life but I have fallen off the wagon with my fitness goals...summer always kills me..let's be honest I love camping, saying camping food, drinking some social drinks and just having fun ... So now summer is over and I need to get my ass in gear and start back on my fitness journey!!! So what I am thinking is running a FREE fitness challenge for 21 days who would be in? This group would be for motivation, accountability and some nutrition hints?? Comment below or pm me! I would like to start this as soon as possible

5km walk today for ms!! Will end my night with yoga!! Looking so forward to the stretch. I am pretty sore after my workouts this week! Feels great tho
