This new policy starts Thursday Nov 12th. If you can not wear a mask, you also have the option to put a freeze on your membership. Just visit the front desk or call us to make arrangements. ... Hi F2K family, Just wanted to clarify some news from yesterday. Gyms are allowed to stay open under the new order released yesterday by our health authority. Restrictions are for any indoor group classes like yoga and spin. ... In order for us to remain open we remind you of our Covid Protocols. 1.Stay home if you are feeling sick. 2.Wash/Sanitize you hands when you first arrive. 3.Wipe down any piece of equipment that you touch. 4.Keep your distance amongst other members, respect their workout space. Don’t crowd each other. We hope we can all work together to keep our gym safe and not have to close down again.
