My VERY first MET CON group--- trained them all for FREE as I was experimenting with a proper fitness program --I was just a Personal Trainer-- didn't feel qualified enough to officially train for OCR-- BUT -what a great group! Still a great group of people, but wow! I had so much to LEARN! ( and more to learn) I have to thank the Spartan SGX coaches program , and ALL of the Spartan coaches around the world... some that have met with me and shared their experiences/ knowledge with me via on-line / in person! <3
