WHAT DO YOU DO FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH? I take my cardio outside! We all workout because we know it’s beneficial to our physical health but it’s just as important for our mental health. Exercise can improve your mood, can decrease depression and anxiety. Physical activity kicks those endorphins into high gear, which gives you feelings of happiness. Physical activity can help decrease stress and who doesn’t have some stress in their lives? Getting physical exercise and especially outside will improve your sleep.
