Hey ya'll thought I would post a picture looking all sweaty and horrible post home workout so you know you are not in it alone!!! I was totally disheartened after last weeks return to Step 1, I almost went into mourning for a few days,....I didn't work out, and when I don't workout my wellness suffers! But I gave myself a few days to feel the feelings.... BUT Monday (never miss a Monday ) I picked myself up, dusted myself off and made sure I did my workout before anything else!) I pray you have the power to do the same! Negativety and inactivity are only going to make a very hard situation even worse! Hugs my amazing people!!!!
This is just what I need to get my bum jogging!!! Who is in with me...I won't fundraise, just donate $50 - who wants to do this with me and we could get together to do the 5k on May 8?

Split my last set of Alternating Cleans into 2 x 10 so I could finish up with the 54 pound bad boy!! Lol Don't be afraid to lift heavy ladies! It won't make you bulky but it WILL make you feel more powerful and self confident!!!

Not going to lie I am a little bit bummed they didn't let us at least open with minimal capacity yesterday!! But negatively helps no one so let's stay positive........your health depends on it!! Every day that passes we are one day closer to being able to open again....home workouts are very effective!! Find something that works for you....for best results it is important to periodize your programs and vary your focus, daily weekly or monthly anyway. So if you are a person who doesn't know what to do without your heavy gym workouts check out some of the great mobility workouts that are out their these days!! You might be amazed at how it increases your gains once you can hit the gym again!!! See more

You know eating never used to be this complicated....I know there are 100 different schools of thought on what is best and what you should NOT have. Marketing has made eating a nightmare!! I often find myself thinking lately, did my grandparents eat this!! Their diets were simple fruits, veggies, chicken, beef.....the basics!! Not all the processed crap that effects our minds and bodies in ways we can't even imagine... Cows milk is something they always drank....and I did too as a kid....I remember lots of times if I wanted something, I would drink a glass of milk and be satisfied...and as I had breakfast this morning I was thinking maybe a glass of milk in the morning is one habit I have been talked out of by the media and marketing that has more value than I realized?? After all Grandma and Grandpa drank it so I will too....
