Warm up: :30 each no rest for 10 mins Run on the spot Db Box Db swing Alt. Reverse lunges ... Split squats touch down Strength: 1-4 rounds Go to failure reps on your rounds. Journal your reps and watch your progress as you repeat this workout! 1. Pushups (chest to floor) 2. Lunge back touchdowns 3. Hamstring slides Repeat 1-4x 1. Tricep dips/or presses 2. Hammer curls 3. One leg touchdowns Repeat 1-4x 1. Stability Ball Back extension hold, Tension band rear flys 2. Back extension hold (on Stability Ball or on mat) swim arms 3. Crunches, hands behind head, aim to lift shoulder blades off mat Repeat 1-4x Notes: You can break this workout up into sections if that works for you. Do one part one day if that’s the level for you. Always remember to go at YOUR pace/level/ability etc. Consult doctor before your workouts etc. You know the drill. Never push through pain, burn yes . 10 mins of stretching afterwards!
