So I have officially completed T25!!! So excited to show you my results!!! In 10 weeks I lost another 17lbs and 18 inches off my body!! I absolutely LOVE this program and only 25 mins of working out a day!!! Shaun T gets it done...my next program I'm gonna do is a program that I have always said I'm scared of...well after 6 months of training, I think it's time to face those fears...stay tuned :)
