31 Day challenge: Day 31 Last Day. Take the time to congratulate yourself on a job well done. Be good with who you are! When times are tough you are not alone. Get rid of the stress its a heavy load.
31 Day Challenge: Day 30 Card games!
31 Day Challenge: Day 16 Get down!! 30 seconds each if the following: mountain climbers, plank jacks and burpees

31 Day Challenge: Day 28 Let's Play: grab some dice and play along
Week 3 of the 31 Day Challenge. Let's focus on CARDIO!! Day 15: jumping jacks or jumping Jack toe taps for 1 minute
31 Day Challenge: Day 27 Cardio Burst: 1 minute each of jumping jacks, skipping (you can fake without a rope if you don't have one), jump squats and mountain climbers.
31 Day Challenge: Day 10 Push ups until failure (I don't care what type you do just make sure they are good and stop when they are no longer good).
31 Day Challenge Time to get in some quality sleep! Turn off those electronics an hour before bedtime and let your natural melatonin do its job to get you into some rem time. Ahhh wicked Wednesday - the longest day of the week and hardest day to exercise. Message me now to get on the list for our Wed 4pm Abs butt and thighs zoom classes.
31 day Challenge: Day 5 Cut out the late night snacking - try to avoid snacking at least 2 hours before bed. Think you are hungry try a glass of water first.
Sometimes this is the only way momma's get to workout. We can it sanity here at fitness Endeavours.
31 Day Challenge: Day 14 Try to improve on all of your numbers from this week of challenge. (i.e., if you wall sat for 60 seconds try for 90 seconds, if you completed 20 2-part crunches try for 25). You got this!!

31 Day Challenge: Day 8 Week 2!!! Now that you have your daily healthy habits down fr last week it's time to give you some daily exercise challenges. Today: plank as long as you can. Remember no bum in the air.
31 Day Challenge: Day 4 Time to get into the habit of daily stretching! Take 10 minutes of your day (as well as the rest of the challenge) to stretch out that body. Don't know any good stretches try a you tube beginner's yoga class (as long as the Dr says its ok). When you have completed the challenge place a triangle on your January calendar. Don't forget those water drops for water, hearts for exercise and circles for fruits and veggies.
31 Day Challenge: Day 3 Have a serving of fruits and/or veggies in with every meal! Add a circle to your monthly calendar for each day you complete, Dont forget those water droplets and hearts for drinking water and doing 15 minutes of activity.
31 Day Challenge - DAY 2 Get in 15 minutes of activity EVERY DAY (it could be walking, running, yoga, weights, whatever just move!) Not sure where to begin? I will be running a 15 minutes a day FIERCE program starting January 9th for $50. Message me by January 4th to get on the list. To keep yourself on track mark it off on the calendar with a heart every day you complete. Dont forget that 1/2 cup of water every hour!
31 Day Challenge: Day 12 Stationary lunges to failure (don't forget you have 2 sides!!)

January 31 Day Challenge!! Week 1 we will be focusing on creating (and keeping good habits) DAY 1: Every hour of the day drink 1/2 a cup of water. It is amazing how good water is for you! To help you keep track whip out that 2021 Calendar and place a little water drop on each day you complete the challenge.
2020 was tough and I know I have dropped some of my better habits along the way. Stay tuned for the month of January as we go through a 31 day challenge to get us all moving in the healthier direction again. Happy New Year and may this be the year you achieve the best you possible.

Update: one on one personal training sessions will be cancelled until Monday November 2nd. ABT Class will resume Wednesday November 11th and circuit class will resume Saturday November 7th. Thank you for your patience as I heal up. At this time I will require more testing and an additional surgery but the timeline on these is uncertain as of now. I'm on the mend and the end is in sight. Can't wait to see you all very soon.

The holidays are fast approaching and there seems to be little to no time for anything so I will be taking a wee break from fierce. Sad face. Buuuuuut.... Since there is no class today it seems like a good day for a challenge. After warming up complete 30 seconds of each: squats, reverse lunges, side lunges, jump squats, jumping jacks, push ups, 3-part crunches, full sit ups and plank toe taps. Now challenge yourself to do as many rounds as you can. GO!

Question for my zoomies. I know it is getting into summer and everyone is hoping to take advantage of their weekends so in that light would there be interest in doing Saturday's circuit class at 8am instead of the current 9am? This would start June 20th if there is interest.

Need a challenge on this rainy gross day - try a 10 to 1!! Start with 10 reps of biceps hammer curl and follow it with 10 reps of triceps kickback. Repeat 9 curls then 9 kickbacks and then 8,8, 7, 7 and so on until you complete 1 rep of each. Comment below when you complete. #fitendeavourbc

Working out with mom is pretty hard
I miss you all and very much want to get back to normal but there really is no normal right now. Thank you for understanding that I am doing the best I can to keep you, me, my family and my community safe. I am offering fierce, zoom personal training as well as zoom classes to help increase the times I can work with you all to keep you healthy and fit and safe as time slots are few and far between with all the necessary restrictions in place.
