Well the past years have been a blast! As I begin shutting down this face book page I took a little walk down memory lane and WOW did we have fun! I have to say these were some of the best years of my life. So many memories, lots of goodwill and SOOOO many parties!!!! Any excuse for a party and we had one! Take a look at just a few random pictures of all the fun. I am sure I have missed a lot so please if you have a memory and don't see it, let me know and I will do a search and add it.

Is your young athlete looking to improve their speed or power ? Look no further than Topp performance. Next week we are holding a 3 day camp Monday, Wednesday ...and Thursday from 430 to 545 (maple square mall location). These camps will go over many fundamentals that every athltete must possess to truly express their athleticism. Topics include: Power production Acceleration mechanics Jumping techniques Workouts designed to increase athlete elasticity and power. Can't make it on 1 of the days ? No problem - you can sign up for 1 - 3 days of this camp and you will receive 2 agility/plyometric workouts with video examples to help your athlete maintain there explosivity all season long.
