Tomorrow all the short lived resolutions will begin for many. Instead of making false, unobtainable goals for the year, let's all focus on week to week. Small weekly improvements (micro goals) with consistency will lead to huge goals (macro goals). 2020 was a disaster for many, fear for overall health, financial health and the health of family. Although for most they resonated in that fear without working to change it. People gained the covid 20 pounds and blamed gym closures., Most didn't pivot to find alternate business opportunities, they relied on government funds. People also seemed to treat others more poorly, when we should be kinder. Lets all agree to make 2021 better for everyone.
