I have very few spare minutes in the day. Glad I made the time to train tonight. This used to be a personal best (500#'s) with straps, and now it's 3 sets of 3 reps.

Best Offseason in my 17 years of coaching. Today we had 38 Athletes going hard getting bigger, faster, and stronger. I've never been prouder of a group's work ethic and dedication. PR's are being broken on the daily! Big props to Coach Hall for creating the Tartan "I Show Up For Work" shirts.
Delicious vanilla protein pancakes. 3 eggs 1 1/2 cup of milk 1 cup vanilla Lean Fit Protein Powder 1 cup of flour 1 Tbs baking powder... Dash of salt 1/3 cup of canola oil 8-9 grams of protein per 1/4 cup of mix. Mix together wet ingredients add dry ingredients and whisk till smooth. Pour 1/4 cup of mix on to greased cooking service for perfect uniform cakes. Flip after bubbles appear. So delicious, eat with berries and Vanilla Greek Yogurt for more protein! Makes 12 hot cakes. Starting 5/3/1 training here's 330lbs on a parallel squat for 10 reps. 5/3/1 should be a great program for steady gains over time.
