So after a long pause, due to an injury, I’m back but very minimal. Something is better than nothing and I’m so excited to get back to teaching yoga (which is my first love anyways). I will be teaching..... Power Fusion Flow Yoga @ Oranj Thursday AM @9:15 A more chill yoga class on Tuesday nights @ The Pass Creek Hall from 5:30-6:30 (by donation) ... So looking forward to seeing you all in a class soon. Keep your eyes open for possible workshops to come. Also if anyone is interested in coming to an Ainsworth Hot Springs Yoga Retreat, October 19-21, PM me ASAP because if there is enough interest I’ll make it happen.
