Have you hit a plateau and are looking to make workouts more challenging and fun? I typically focus on a few standard exercises for each muscle group and tweak the weights and tempos. I recommend everyone tries to master foundational exercises and adjust variables. But sometimes I like to mix up exercises and add new ones.
