It’s ok to not be ok sometimes. The holidays are not an easy time for many and this year is whole new level of shit fuckery. Get curious about your emotions. Get real about your anxiety and stress. It’s not all sunshine and rainbow unicorn farts people! The mood right now is heavy and the vibrations feel deep. I am tired. I’m tired of all this PHO BS, I’m tired of the uncertainty, im tired of feeling weighed down and held back by circumstances beyond my control.... I’m tired of feeling that no matter how hard I try or how high I fly I cannot soar above the storm to find the calm. The energetic need is so high right now and I am just 1 person. I am still learning and practicing not to rescue but to empower others to save themselves. It’s so exhausting to witness the struggle of people you want so much to succeed. It breaks my heart to watch people neglect their body, minds and souls and crawl deeper into the darkness when there is so much light to lean into. My arms are tired from waving my light in the dark. My throat is raw from cheering through my mask. My eyes are weary from watching the empty mats and lonely bikes. My heart aches to watch so many people struggle. Considering my current circumstances. I think I’m doing pretty dang good, but today, the relentless fatigue got to my soul. My heart broke a little and purged some of the heavy. So what can I do? Deep breath. Feel. All of it.
