**DEVELOPING REACTIVENESS** Reactiveness is the amount of displacement an athlete can achieve utilizing momentum with a ground contact of less than 250 ms. Here we have #FITSFAM Peter working on a triple hop on to a box. He is working on connecting multiple impulses. Why the box? Not to be cool or sexy with an exercise, but to minimize breaking forces in an early phase of developing horizontal reactive displacement.... *PLEASE NOTE: Reactiveness or plyometrics are not developed when jumping onto a box as many times as you can. We want quick MAXIMAL force production.*
