Here is a workout you can do anywhere with just a set of dumbbells and YOU Here’s the workout: 1. Deadlifts 2. Burpee (with or without weights) 3. Front raise 4. Alternating Lunges 5. Mtn climbers 6. Tricep Kickbacks Do each exercise for 45 seconds. Do 4 or 5 rounds taking a 60 second break at the end of each round.
