I'm excited to be launching the Kinetic Core Series @originintegrated in a couple weeks. In the past, this series has helped clients with many different conditi...ons and limitations. We will build your core foundation in this series and link movements with diaphragmatic breathing. This class can be Rehab/Prehab or just a way to move more. With only 4 people per session. I can tailor exercises to the individual needs of the participant, I also screen everyone in a private session before the series starts.
